Hamburger Soup

If I'm feeling lazy, and I usually am, I don't bother browning and trying to unclump the hamburger, you can just use an immersion blender (if you have one).


Started with some homemade stock, added some mushrooms, carrots, celery, celery leaf, cilantro, fresh basil and lots of hamburger.


Bzzzzzzzzzzzz! Blurble.

  1. Yumm! I didn't think people did this and I'm glad I'm not alone. I use ground pork and lots of onions and whatever other veggies I have lying around.

    Exactly, anything laying around goes in, but the celery really seems to help soup a lot. Don't really like it otherwise . . .
